Im really having an issue with my electric bike and I d really be grateful if someone has a clue about it.
I have the battery fully charged and attached to the bike all lights are on (sign that its not about energy) but the bike cant move but with pedal...
I suspect the problem is on the sensor in the pedal which is quite not at the right position...
Look at the photos attached and tell me your opinion..:)

The sensor is on the round metal bracket. Place it back over the large threaded part that's just sticking out of the frame. Then, screw on that black ring with four notches (clockwise). Be careful not to cross-thread it. Finally, get a hammer and a strong screwdriver or other drift (assuming that you don't have the correct tool) and tap it round until it's tight enough not to come undone again.

The black disc with magnets in needs to be tight enough on the shaft to stay put and rotate with the pedal. If it's loose, report back. You need to position it about 1mm from the little black sensor in the silver bracket, i.e. as close as you can get it without touching. It might work with a bigger gap, so try it where it is first.

Ok so the metal bracket has to stay put whereas the magnet should rotate with the pedal..
Could I possibly temporarily use some kind of glue to stick the bracket to the threaded part and make it work?? Thanks for the feedback!!

Is the sensor held tight by the notched ring, and does the black disc with magnets in rotate at a distance of about 1mm from the sensor? Did you take the disc off, in which case you may have put it back on the wrong way up. Does it work backwards?
