I think it is a damned shame that Your business was rubbished here and on youtube over this matter.

1. The battery was recalled years ago, but somehow not done - Not Your fault.
2. The complaint about customer service failings is false. However it happened (too busy to check messages) you DID respond and the OP didn't know you had.

This is really bad stuff.

You would think that a person would make a thorough check before plastering untrue remarks about service all over a forum and on youtube.

It amounts to defamation in practise. Who knows who may read this stuff and be put off dealing with you.
