Looking around at conversion etc.
I am looking at purchasing a Kona Shield as i'm a heavy rider (Still need to figure out if a downtube battery will fit.)
Planning to fit a Bafang BBS02B
My question is, has anyone used https://custombuilt-ebikes.co.uk/ in the UK, I am aware of EM3EV, but ideally want to buy from a vendor in the UK with Warranty.
Looking for a 42V 19AH+ Battery, and wanted to know if custombuilt-ebikes have good quality batteries, and if not, who provides the best quality batteries within the UK, cost not really being an issue to get something that will work well.
Also if anyone could help me calculate the maximum size I could fit in that frame, I would be extremely grateful, it is a 29" wheel bike.
I have ridden extensively in the past, trail riding, 50+ mile touring etc, but that was 6/7 years ago, and prior to having children + working from home for 5 years!
