I've got a cheap little multi tool, that does a whole range of sizes, but only clamps onto the nipple on 2 sides. It's not great if the nipples are a bit soft as they are easily rounded. If you can get something that surrounds the nipple as much as possible it should put less strain on the nipple and prevent it rounding.

My nipples were made of something like peanut butter hopefully yours are made of the right stuff Don't tweek those nipples too tight my man, it'll end in tears
