I read with interest about a new kid on the block in the ebike revolution. But...maybe not so new. Harley Davidson are entering the race, no details as too specs or prices but that's going to shake things up bit. So when asked what bike do you own? and you answer a Harley well.

Car companies and the odd bike have a habit of briefly rebadging something else. I wonder if that's a bafang drive under there

They don't quite match the HD image. They just got normal electric bikes an put HD badges on them. You could buy a Cube and put some HD decals over the Cube writing and get the same only (no doubt) cheaper plus you get better dealer support.
