Now Flying Eagle ??

Hi all. Further along from "non flying Eagle" the Freego Eagle that I have had for 6months and have had nothing but problems with where as the step through Eagle I have had on loan from my dealer ( thank you Very much you have been great ) has been brilliant. As people point out there warrantee states that "if the can't repair the bike within 5 days they will replace your bike with a new one" and they have and it was delivered today ( result ???) and I look forward to trouble free cycling even though I got my old battery with it??. But thank you Freego ( but you need to answer your phone calls & e-mails) Steve.

I am happy that you have received your new bike and wish you many happy years of trouble free riding.
I am shocked that we did not communicate effectively with you, the only thing that I can think of is that our 0800 number was faulty for some 6 weeks.
It is our aim to resolve ANY issue that we may have with a customer and you are no exception.
