Off Topic Cant start thread in Technical

I seem to be able to start a thread in this section but not Technical. Any suggestions?

Thats deliberate emtemt. The Technical section is meant for fairly permanent items, but when it was open access, all manner of queries were posted there.

If you have something you feel should be a permanent entry in there, post it in the main Electric Bicycles Forum and ask the administrator Russell Scott if it can be moved into there.

Routine technical queries go into this forum.
