As a new member i am amazed at the amount of information on this forum,and hopefully gain some info on my first endeavour into electric bicycles.
I recently bought a three wheeled electric bike, old probably but still not cheap to buy, it still had a manual (a little vague on information), the electric side consists of battery pack, handlebar throttle, front motor hub and handlebar mounted control unit, the battery unit has the logo POWABYKE on it, reading posts in this forum it looks like it could be a conversion kit from POWABYKE adapted to the trike, i would like to know more about the system, ie: function of the row of red led`s on top of the silver handlebar control unit.and can the system be fitted to a new trike,Is it possible for me to attach a few photographs for members to look at and hopefully identify the units.
