hey Billy Fish,
Your battery is 960 Wh
it's massive so you can really do a great range on it. Even more if you used throttle only when needed
all the best

Trouble with a simple battery holder inside the frame is,all the suppliers have different sized batteries, and most of the bike frames are different,so a one size fits all would not work, you could have had two 48v 10 amp packs and connected them.Hi Andrew,
Yes you are right and I knew how many watts it produced the thing is it is not exactly light and the battery is made to look like a lead acid car battery. It would be better if the battery was split into two ten amp batteries so you could fit one on each side of the bike. I just sold the battery simply because of it's size but had it been split into two ten amp packs that could be connected together when out riding I would have kept it. It was hardly used and with the right motor was incredible for climbing hills. Last thing on this why has no one created a secure rack for hanging the batteries down the side of the rear rack or as a member of the forum has done inside the frame crossbar and downtube. Anyone coming out with a suitable easy to fit battery holder will be on a winner judging by the number of batteries and electric bikes out there.
Regards
Bill
