As i was looking on the website i noticed all the batteries were sold. Is there an non oxygen branded battery i could use or am i tied to this company?

I'm not aware of any direct replacement, generic/3rd party battery for your bike, but you could prob. have it recelled, Jimmy at ebikebatteries is the man to speak to.

Oxygen Bike Company do have batteries in stock again now or alternatively have a swot up on "Dorado" type batteries, yes, they are interchangeable.
