Oxygen Emate MTB in rain?

Hi

So I've just got my Oxygen MTB 13a and now I've got time to go out in it, its supposed to be raining for the next 4 days....well, bugger that for a laugh because I'll cry. So how waterproof is the Oxygen Emate MTB? I hear covering the lcd is usually the 1st thing to do but anything else? DO they even go in wet conditions?

It'll be alright in the rain. The LCD doesn't need to be covered. The only thing I'd cover would be the throttle because water can get through the gap between the moving and stationary parts. Common sense says that you shouldn't leave it out in the rain if you can avoid it.

Brill! I'll stick a tesco bag around the throttle. My 2 year old gets picked up in 30 minutes and i know he's bored of watching me cycle around the back garden! lol
