Panasonic Motor pin-out (Giant Revive)

Hi!

Has anybody pin-out from old Panasonic Motor EBS008026 (immediately to construction with NUA002)?
I have bought at eBay a Giant Revive EB. Unfortunately, it is an adaptor between the engine and the control unit is absent.
Thus cable of control looks:

And thus cable of engine looks:

It should be any part between. I would be very grateful, if somebody took a photo of the adapter.
If is the adaptor passive, a photo with recognizable connecting pattern reaches for me, otherwise I would need the part name.
If nobody has that part, may be know anybody a pinout from motor:

I have found a pinout from control - magnet speed sensor, gas, brake, cruise, power usw.

I can't help you...but I think you're lucky to have an electric Revive. I'd like to own one for it's uniqueness (and because I have a bad back). Could be a nice museum piece one day.
