Panniers to fit Wisper rack

Does anyone use Rixen and Kaul fittings on a Wisper.
I want to make sure they fit secure before buying.

I thin k the clips may be a bit tight, do you know their size, our bar is 14mm. Ortlieb panniers fit perfectly.
