Looking for a 250/300w brushless rear motor with 26in wheel, vbrake rim, controller, etc to convert my vintage Raleigh MTB. I don't wish to travel far but need all the kit to have a go at a conversion. Consider complete bike.
Anyone got any leftovers from upgrades to start me off?

Many thanks Dave for sorting me out and having the patience to explain the system. My sights were set on building a DIY pedelec which I can now attempt this week, BUT now I've tried your bike, I am thinking it won't be long before I start asking questions about your two speed set up! What a machine, and so comfortable.

It just shows what can be done if you spend 5 years of trying just about every, bike, motor and gizmo on the market and the £25,000 that I've spent on ebike stuff in that time.
