Pedal senor kit to replace throttle?

Is there such a kit available to replace throttle with say 3 settings or whatever, as I would like to investigate this route or any I can cobble of other makes of old bikes or links on here if this question has been asked before

This is something like I want to make for my Izip as I get sick of holding the throttle on pedalling, If i need extra power quick I can switch it over to throttle.

Need to get my head in to it sometime.

To cheat it if you have a half throttle only.
You can actually move the throttle up further to the half grip bit so it sticks in position to motor you along.

If you have a full throttle you should be able to buy a pedelec sensor from one of the many UK suppliers here on this forum.

However before you do you need to find you controller and see if it has the following wires coming from it...

If you look at the PAS connector. Your bike and model might be slightly different but generally thats how it works.

If you can do a bit of DIY d8veh posted a niffty little variable cruise control circuit he designed that could be adapted to replace the throttle completely and further modded if needed to use a three way fixed speed switch if thats what you want....
