I've been using these for a few years now and they are well worth the money. The first version weren't very waterproof and packed up on me after a year but the second version are great and solved all original gripes plus they last for years.

The flashing is incredibly bright and lasts for ages after you stop even if you've only been cycling for a few minutes. These pedals should have won that innovation award rather than those motorised pedals.

Pedal lights

I was given some cheap ones (possibly from Halfords) in 2009. They were OK but the lights gave up after a few months, probably because they were not well sealed.
