Pendleton electric bike shimano Acera gear shifter

Hi

I have a 19" pendleton ebike that needs a new gear shifter. I have asked Halfords for the model of the gear shifter (Iknow it's an 8 gear Shimano Acera). After several chats and phone calls I am still waiting for them to email me back, and I don't hold much hope.

I would just need the exact model so that I may buy a new one.

thank you very much. Unfortunately I am an idiot, I wrote gear shifter when I meant Derailleur. Sorry. You wouldn't also know the spec for the derailleur, by any chance ?

The shifter model number matters not any Shimano 8spd will work and do the job.
Again you can use any Shimano 8 spd derailleur as long as it can handle the teeth rating of your cassette.

Shimano m360 derailleur, the m360 is a group set range and part of the same set as the m360 shifter.

They are extremely standard things so if you do not want to fit it yourself any good bike shop/mechanic should be able to change it and probably keeps this part in stock.
