Ping 36v 10Ah battery question

I've e-mailed Ping, but maybe someone here already knows the answers.
What's the fully charged fresh off the charger voltage of his 36v 10Ah battery?
Also what's the nominal no load voltage once it has stabilized?

My 36v 20ah ping battery charges to 45.3v and leaving off the charger overnight drops to 39 - 40v.

I didn't think Ping would reply so fast, but he has triumphed again

His reply was:

The fully charged voltage fresh off the charger is around 45v. But after a while of the charger is disconnected, the voltage will drop to around 42-43v.

The nominal voltage is around 38.4v = 3.2*12. The nominal working voltage is 36v.


Now that's what i call customer service

My 36v 10ah lifepo4 isn't Ping but almost identical and may use same cell's[24 x 5ah pouches] Straight off charger approx 42volt, after a week standing 40.5volt. Bms low volt cut approx 2.9-3.0volts per cell for lifepo4. As there's 12 cell's in series low voltage cutoff takes place at approx 35-36volts.
