Ping battery pack question

Can someone tell me, what is the max voltage of a 36V ping LiFePo4 pack after a full charge?
I want to use a voltage regulator for my circuit (which will eventually be powered from a Ping battery pack). I have found plenty low cost devices, but the maximum input voltage is usually 40V.
I know my NimH pack was very high, around 43V when fully charged, i'm just wondering if the Ping packs are much higher than the the stated O/P voltage.

My ping battery kicks out 44 volts, it's only 8 weeks old.
