Hello all.....I am looking to buy a replacement for my little Izip Ezgo and I have got a shortlist of three.
First a bit about me....I am 5'9" with a 30" inside leg. I will be using the bike for a work roundtrip of 10 miles and I don't want to charge at work. Also weekend countryside trips of 10-15 miles undulating.
My shortlist is : Kudos Liberty, Kudos Safari, Woosh Santa Ana.
If I go with the Liberty will I miss a throttle? I can't decide if I really need one or not!
ALL of your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Frank.....thanks for your reply. ...However I don't want a bike with a crossbar.

Any comments on my shortlist ?

I've got the Santana and it's good. Why did I pick it?

1. Very good spec for the price, particularly the large battery. Your range requirements seem less demanding though.
2. Very comfy to ride. I was bit nervous of the sit up and beg bars at first, now I love them

And yes, the throttle is a must have. It enables you to cruise along and grin at the non electric guys as you overtake them!

Not on mine, I'm 6'4", but they do 2 frame sizes and the smaller one should be good for you.

Battery is £300, which seemed cheap(!) to me compared to more expensive bikes.

Check out the Woosh link at the top of this page

Don't forget that yours is the crank drive version John. The standard Santana is a hub drive with battery near vertical behind the seatpost.

Steve may be looking at that one.

Wondered who'd be the first to spot that one! Thought you'd be busy getting sorted for tomorrow's jolly rather than idling your time away on forums! Watch out for ice early on, it looks frosty tonight. Have a good one.

I'm not idling my time away - I logged on to get the postcode of the carpark I'd found, and then got...ditracted:eek:. Did look at trains - earliest I could have got to Leeds was 12.00!
Hope the remembrance parade goes well.
