Finding my (electric) wheels

I last posted about this problem on the 27th June, and I have had the bike just over 4 months now, at last I have managed to test my battery in another powacycle bike and have found that there is no problem with the battery, obviously then, there must be a problem with the bike draining the battery too quickly, can anyone suggest any checks I can make to the bike before I contact the bike company, many thanks

Was the other bike the same model? .. If you could find someone with the same model then you could do a "spot the difference" with the config. if the other owner was willing ..

Clean the battery terminals on the bike, gently, with emery cloth if there are any signs of scorching from disconnects caused by bumps and clatters.
You've a good case for a new bike or at least some help from the dealer in identifying the dodgy component.

Pity Powacycle aren't in BEBA

just contacted the manufacturer and the supplier, they are sending me a new back wheel assembly because their opinion is that the motor is the problem, the only other possible cause would be the controller beneath the battery, but hopefully the new motor will cure the problem, thanks for all the replies
