powabyke cut out

has anybody got any clues as to what could be the problem with a Powaybike
euro that cuts out.It doesn't matter whether its in assist or not..New battery,if fact the bike has only done about 3 miles since new.I suspect it may be the throttle or connection to it.Its somebody elses bike..not mine !

It does sound like a connection problem, and with new batteries just fitted I'd check the connection chain through those first to ensure each interconnection stage is sound.

Ok ignore my last email, just noticed you said euro!

Do the 6 LED lights come on or not?

all lights are on,i think he may have traced it to the spade connection from the controller that is in a heat shrink near the handlebar brake cables. I will give him a ring tomorrow to find if he was successful,thanks for the advice.
