My Mother recently bought a new Powabyke, she is really thrilled with it (she is 70 so anything faster than 5MPH was going to be ok)
I tried it and found it's hill climbing abilty really poor, and could not make it up a hill with me on without a lot of input from me, but I do weigh 16st, she now wants to buy my father one (roughly the same weight as me) and I have said I feel there is better bikes out there...
The problem is she only paid £500 for a brand new one (a bit of a bargain it seemed)...
is there anything about the £500 mark that would be better?
