I have a POWACYCLE Milan 2 for my wife it appears to have a on off effect with the motor Flecc had kindly offered me advice re the battery, what i am worried about is spending a £100 or so on one only to find i still need to buy a motor, so im wondering if any readers have a battery i can try or know of any dealers close to me, also can anyone point me in the direction of where i can buy the batteries inside the case as the tech support guy at POWACYCLE told me only POWACYCLE and one other company in the universe do them, he thought they might be in Birmingham somehwere and cost around £80 for the three.
Thanks again for your advice and guidance.

I remain practically sure it will be just the battery Ian, and a motor or controller fault are extremely unlikely with the symptoms you gave me.

However, can you open the case and measure a battery's three dimensions in millimetres so that we can advise on a source for them? That's how we can tell what ones you need.

I suspect they might be this size, 100mm x 101mm x 86mm, as it's a rare one that's caused problems in obtaining them previously.

My battery is approx 370mm long by 110mm by 120mm (bottom rectagular base)

The battery case/component on the frame is 150mm (middle longest side) by 100mm the plastic case is 5mm thick

I hope this helps
