Power issues with Voilamart kit

C1/7 !!! Which type of PAS sensor ?
C5/10 is max current, can your battery deliver 20a continuously if using PAS5 or throttle ?

I checked the settings again and in addition to changing the P1 to 46, I also changed the C1 setting to 1 as I have an 8 magnet PAS sensor.

This seems to have done the trick regarding the indicated speed and now the motor doesn't seem to give intermittent cut out regardless of battery indication.

Hopefully this will be sorted now but the proof will be on the next outing. I'll keep you posted on my progress, and many many thanks for your help in getting getting my bike usable again.

I finally got round to testing the bike with the new settings and all now looks and feels good!

No problem. I know how frustrating it is when you follow a thread and there's no conclusion.

I'm on with another two wheel problem now, electrics again, but via a two stroke engine. But thats for another forum!

Hi everyone,
I to am new to this sight. I saw that you were able to help Hurtlocker66 with a problem he was having with his Voilmart ebike.
I also have a Voilmart ebike with similar problems.
I upgraded my controller and screen to the KT30 controller and the KT LCD3 screen.
The rest of the ebike upgrade is a Voilmart 1000 watt rear wheel with a 48v. 20ah battery. 26in. bike.
The problem I'm having is while in pedal assist level 4 and 5 the motor will engage then disengage repeatedly and never really get up to speed.
Its like the controller is not seeing what the motor is doing.
my setting are as follows.
C1 1 P1 46
C2 0 P2 0
C3 8 P3 1
C4 0 P4 0
C5 10 P5 15
C6 3
C7 0
C8 1
C9 0
C10 N
C11 0
C12 4
C13 0
C14 2
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
