Pro connect error code

Went to work this morning, charged the battery and put it back on the bike.

Switched the power on and all the lights flashed, and then went off straight away. Battery looks ok but could no get it to work.

Later the lights came on then went off again followed by the bottom set flashing followed by the top set and round again.

A mile on the way home (with no power) I tried again and it came back to life.

Any Ideas what is wrong.

The upper and lower set alternately flashing usually indicate a torque sensor error, which is usually caused by pressure on a pedal when switching on the power (it doesn't take much)

I had the torque sensor error once - a pedal was in contact with another bike when I pressed the power button - I was completely mystified until I received an answer here.
