Hello all, i am currently the owner of a ProdecoTech Rebel X, due to some issues with the front tire i have only until tonight been able to ride this bike..... after running up and down my street a couple times, stopping to tighten/adjust items, i almost had it all dialed in when returning home the motor suddenly cut out on me, i could hear the loss of power and the bike became heavy.

Diagnostic so far. battery is good, shows full charge and is testing with a multi-meter at 39v and the fuse is not burned out, the throttle is showing power lights, i have opened the throttle to make sure that the magnet/sensor isn't damaged, and i have verified that the breakaway cable to the rear motor is plugged in.

any assistance or advise would be appreciated, i have a multi-meter handy

Battery should read 41.5 - 42v when fully charged so place it on charge to check all is well, if after a full charge battery reads quite a bit lower then battery is faulty. If a new bike it will be warrantied so don't delve in to opening any thing and get the seller to solve the problem
