programming an egg rider for a mycle cargo bike.

hi all. im having issue programming an egg rider for my mycle cargo bike. its coming up with all sorts of errors.
before i ask specific questions - does anyone have knowledge of how this can be done in regards to the egg rider or mycle settings?
