No review that I know of and it's likely there won't be. The stuff about it being designed in Birmingham is pure nonsense, it's a typical Chinese "parts bin" e-bike, using a set of easily recognisable components common to many others. They've bought the bikes in and applied the Python name at this end, adding Metro which is used as a model name by Tesco for their cheap e-bikes, presumably to cash in on the Tesco marketing.
I'd summarise this bike as being in essence a 36 volt version of the 24 volt Powacycle Windsor, more powerful and also practical. The build quality and service support are open to question, as will be the battery availability in a couple of years when a replacement is needed. Few of these regularly introduced new names last the course more than about a year, so there is a risk in buying outside of the regular names to save a couple of hundred pounds.
