Hi David,

I love the look of the wisper sport and was wondering
whether you have considered making a folding folding
bike using a similar design?

I would like to see a stylish folder to rival brompton and my
own powacycle puma. You used to sell the same bike as me
and I was wondering why you stopped selling it?

Awaiting your reply.

Pending David coming in, Wisper have replaced the 805 (asa Puma), which you know is undergeared, by the new 806fe and 806 Alpino models. These have front hub motors which enables them to have a better rear gearset, and that is coupled with dual chainrings to give a huge gear range. The result is that the rider can pedal at 15 mph and more without their legs spinning out of control. Here's the links to the two new bikes:

Wisper 806 Alpino

Both models are 24 volt at present, the 19 kilos indicating that, the voltage shown for the charger being a mistake.

A 36 volt version is due very soon. David Miall had hoped to have those about now, but they might be a little delayed. Not long to wait though.

Hi,

THe 36V 9ah 805fe(it's new model name, not 806fe) had been arrived in UK about 25 days before. You can check with related dealers to see if any are available. If not you can call Douglas.

Best regards,

All 36V now, the 24V versions are all gone, but so unfortunately have the 1st container of 36V bikes, however we have four containers coming in over the next few weeks so we should have plenty!

Best regards

David
