Retailer: Fahrrad-Becker-Lemgo

Purchase Price: 640DM

Time Owned: 7 months

Terrain: Moderate Hills

Strengths:
The alu frame build quality seems very good.

The bike is not too heavy: 26,1 kg with the battery.

It is also quite comfortable because of the good position.

The 3 brakes (1 roller + 2 V) are really efficient.

The power delivered by the Suzhou-Banfang motor is perfect for my use (24 km per day with my child installed on a Bobike junior sit).

I've never tested the maximal range, but it should be around 60 km.

Weaknesses:
The standard dynamo.
The battery case look :(
The brake hand lever quality is a bit poor.
The standard tyres. I replaced them with Schwalbe Marathon plus.

On very hilly roads, the bike needs efforts as I presume many hub-motor e-bikes.

Summary:
The bike is designed by Cycle Union GmbH, a german group (Rabeneick, Kreidler, Epple)

The component are quite standard: Spectro SRAM S7 with roller brake, Zoom fork, Vbrakes, 28" Femco Touring alu wheels, Town & Country frontlight + Basta Ray Steady LED, Phylion Lithium battery 10 Ah 36 V 400 cycles ...

I was lucky for I managed to get the bike for 749 € + 59 € delivery on eBay, but the normal price is 999 €.

I've never had an electric bike before but I'm still very enthousiast. I made a french forum to claim it: http://e.bike.free.fr/ ;-)
