Can anyone tell me what the internal dimensions are of the battery housing? I'm looking to retro-fit my existing battery with LiFePO4 but haven't figured out what dimensions I will need.

The basic internal rectangle is 304 mm x 99 mm x 64 mm Wayne.
The uppermost 80 mm of the rectangle widens from that 99 mm to 109 mm.
You'll be hard pushed to fit in a LiFePO4 cellpack and BMS though unless of smaller capacity, since the cells are larger than Li-ion for a given capacity.

Several people have though of doing this Wayne. Expert opinions seem to say LiFePO4 cells won't fit the standard case and it may not be worth the time and effort.
