Replacement axle nuts?

I cross threaded when trying to install a trailer hitch that I modified to fit, now it is completely stripped. I believe it is 12mm but standard nuts don't fit, finer thread pitch. Where can I find axle nuts in 12mm?

M12 x 1.25 is what you need. you can get them from any nut and bolt supplier - probably Screwfix.

Screwfix don't seem to list thread pitch and only do bulk packs, will a store definitely stock this? I have a store but it's a canny pedal on the pushbike lol

Looks like they only have standard nuts. You need a nuts and bolt supplier then.

I have a few fastener suppliers local to me it seems after a quick maps search, all bloody closed today but will go on a mission tomorrow lol

Got sorted found a friendly supplier across the road from work and they didn't even bother charging me for it. Even better this nut fits the hitch properly so I'm now back on the road with a trailer hitch
