I have owned my BlueLABEL since new and it comes with the original receipt and all the paperwork. It is in good working order in includeds a few improvements. I've upgraded the rear hub to a Shinano Alfine 11 for increased reliablilty. The Bosch Performance Line motor has been rebuilt by E-bike Motor Centre (Performance Line Bearings). The motors are easily rebuilt so will last 1000s of miles. There are two batteries as I've also purchased a larger 500 Ah battery as well as the original 400...
