Others may have noticed a rather prolonged spell of inclement weather: have any of you tried fitting your ebikes with rollers, for use indoors as a training bike? I suppose that use of the motor would be optional but the possibility of 'cycling', with a DVD of the last holiday on the screen and a plate of biscuits close to hand, might perhaps restore the 'ebiker's grin' ? Any thoughts, flecc?
May the ewind be ever at your back (supplied by a fan heater ...)

Would be best if you have a throttle! :D Could do loads of miles and no effort, umm maybe the throttle could be wedged open and the bike held up with a broom stick against the wall and left while we all go down the pub!

Wouldn't work for me I'm afraid. I've tried various exercise machines and can't stand any of them for more than a minute or two, terminally boring. For me it's the real thing or the couch!

Maybe a full scale simulator with a vast wrap-around screen and surround sound for the video might just work, but that would cost the equivalent of a few hundred e-bikes and need a hangar to put it in.
