Never seen these before today and seem to get some good reviews:

Has anyone on here used one and to what effect?

Maybe the reviews are by stooges. How's that going to stop water spraying in your face or over the battery?

There seems to be loads of lads using them, and all that I have spoke to really rate them.

I'm not convinced my self though, and just wonder if they are too embarrassed to admit that they wasted their money. Looks easy enough to make, so maybe I'll give it a go to see for myself.


I really rate my Mucky Nutz front guard, which is easy enough to make yourself.
It probably cuts down 90% of crap from being flung into your face, which is my sole reason for using it. I do also wear safety specs as well though. Obviously it reduces clearance between tyre and front fork, but that isn't usually any issue, although it certainly was last weekend.

edit... If I remember correctly, William Tell from here has one of those front guards.
