Rubber lined p clips

Can anyone recommend where or what type of shop I can buy rubber lined p clips from? I'll order online if need be, but was hoping to buy local (Plymouth) tomorrow.

I bought some for the rear seat stays at Halfords a while back, maybe worth checking if they still stock them if that's the size you want.
They were in packs of two.
