Oh dear. My dear wife has a Sahel with about 500 miles on the clock. Now I came across this website full of the woes of the SAHEL motor's failures.
Are there any replacement motors available ready for when her bike ceases to function ?
I would be interested to know.
It is a great bike to ride.

It is a great bike in many ways and you might be lucky and have no problems. Replacement motors are available but will cost £400-£500 if I remember correctly. Sadly the replacement motors seem to fail just as regularly.
