Sales staff that should know better

The guys in that shop in walton are generally quite good.
They have only recently started stocking the electric bikes, so don't seem to be up to speed yet.
As they sell more they will get better.

They are a good knowledgeable shop.

However unless any shop knows what they are trying to sell , sales will be poor (if any) - the line will be dropped ie "Its not worth it !".

Surely in this econonmic climate you should be able to sell to non-cyclists too, thus generating turnover and profit !
