Hi,

I recently changed the pedals on my salisbury to wellgo pedals as the one provided were very slippery when wet.

I messed up the left pedal and did not tighten properly and the thread in the arm has worn out.

Does anybody know how much it will cost to replace the arms?
Is it something I can fit myself?

Thanks

Luckily it's the left hand crank so the least expensive to replace. Hopefully it's a fairly standard centres length like 175 mm. Check with a local bike shop and they may either have one or can get one easily for you. The cost won't be great and they could fit it for you in a few moments.

Alternatively you could check with Powacycle to see if they have a spare, but that would entail you fitting it yourself and buying the correct tool to get the old crank arm off, which could cost you as much as the crank or more in addition.
