Scared my throttle is going to fall apart.

If I hold the end of it, it does wobble around a bit, but it works fine. On the left bar, the control for the headlights, indicators and horn snapped off from the handlebar. I glued the plastic bits back together.

I remember seeing the parts listed on a Chinese website, but not now. Knew I should have got spares when I had the chance.

The controls are Tongsheng.

Looks like the have the switch for the left side: Display Meter|Hub Motor|Controller|Tongsheng Bicycle Co., Ltd

Mine snapped just under where it connects to the bar. Have no idea how this thing is even fitted, or how to wire it. It is secure at the moment, but I don't know how long the repair will last.

The throttle has a 3 way switch under it for pedelec/off/pedelec and throttle, don't know if it is actually attached to the throttle or if it is on the handlebar like the switches on the other side.

I didn't get the chance to take a picture today, it was too cold. I did do a 10 mile ride though.

Don't know how difficult it would be to get the left handlebar switch unit from Tongsheng. I know they did have the throttle unit when I checked their website more than a year ago, they might still have them. Though it looks the throttle is separate from the switches below it, the latter being mounted on the bar the same as the left hand side. If the throttle doesn't fall apart then I have nothing to worry about. It has had constant use and been through many severe potholes though.
