Help! Scott Aspect

I am a newbie to Pedelecs and need some advice please.
I just bought a new Scott Aspect 930 and very pleased with everything apart from the well documented rattle when freewheeling and over even the slightest bumps! The Bosche Performance Line motor performs really well apart from the noise so reluctant to have to return the bike to on-line supplier unless absolutely necessary! It seems like the noise is amplified by the frame, has anyone found a solution?

try and tighten the 3 motor bolts that hold it to the frame as can make a noise if not fully tightened
