When I bought my ebike in December I downloaded the Etube app and have been successfully updating my Shimano E6100 computer.
Recently they've updated the app and when I came to bluetooth it to my bike it asks me for a passkey, which I don't know and can't seem to find or guess. I've tried 00000 and 12345 and each time it comes up with an error message - one says "0 cannot be set as the first character in the passkey . Enter in 6 half width numerals". The second only says "enter in 6 half width numerals".
I've deleted and re-downloaded the app to make sure it was the most current version.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so how did you overcome it.
