Before i go ordering this stuff could anyone help me out with my shopping list

  • 72V S-LCD3 LCD Meter for S-Series Controlers
  • A Pair of EBike Torque Arm
  • Half Twist Throttle with LED Voltage Level Display (says 24 or 36v will this be compatible)
  • Q128H 48V800W Rear Driving E-Bike Motor Wheel 201 RPM (do i need the 800w or would the 4-5 hundred be ok ?)
  • Controller Case 2
  • Dual Hall Sensor 12 Signals Easy Assembling PAS
  • One Bicycle Disc Brake (probabally worth an upgrade from v's)
  • Brake Grip
  • Speed Sensor
  • S12S 500W Torque Simulation Sine Wave Controller
  • 48V11.6Ah Bottle-09 Panasonic Battery & Charger
Any help or advice would be appreciated. I plan to put this onto a Carrera 19 inch bike similar to the crossfire

If anything is not compatible / if there is anything i have missed or overlooked it would be great to benefit from the wealth of experience on this site.

As a footnote i am wondering about wiring cables/adaptors, i am assuming that most of the cables will be included ?

Thanks in advance

Matt.

I would go for the same battery, but the one with the 20A sinewave controller. It'll make a much neater installation. Everything is plug-and-play. The S12S is massive and probably won't fit that case anyway.

I think that the disc brakes are side-mount. Make sure that your frame/forks has the correct mounting point. You'll probably ned an adapter anyway.

The Q128H is the same size and weight as the Q128, so no point in getting the lesser version. The 36v 201 rpm one will do about 20 mph at 48v. I'm not sure of the speed of the 48v 201 rpm one. Mine should arrive in the next couple of days, so I can tell you then.

Thanks again for your feedback D8veh you really do know your stuff. So you would suggest the 20A controller, which one is that do you know the model no. on BMS as I am not 100% sure and as it is so vital i get this bit right i want to be sure

Thanks again for all your help

Thanks again for the update, do you have to put the spokes and rim together, i was under the impression it came assembled ?

It comes assembled, but you normally have to tighten the spokes a bit.
