Hi, I hope all is well.

On the forum we get a lot of people asking about dropout alterations for hub motors.

I designed a dropout sizing guide on my computer (attached as a JPEG).

The height is 12mm + the anti rotation tab washer thickness + 1mm clearance (so the anti rotation washer top is 1mm below the surface of the dropout. The lip is not included in the height measurement so you can put the lip on top of the frame.

The width is 10mm.

I don't know if this would help anybody but it would not cost much for a plastic version to be included in the product.

Thanks for reading.

It's a good idea Rab, could stop a lot of problems occurring as pretty sure many don't fit the axles deep enough or fit a torque arm so we do hear of wheels spinning out.
