OP has 20" wheels. Your motor would be too slow and wouldn't reach 15 mph. 20" wheel motors are much faster.

Update.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the help and advice given to me on this thread. I replaced my locked KT5 lcd with an unlocked one and copied every parameter (for now) across - except maximum assist speed. It worked perfectly and the bike surges up to the new maximum without any drop off in shove at all really. I'm sure it would go faster too - but I'm very happy with it as it is.
