I'm convinced the Mando Footloose IM is illegal anyway, as stated the motor alone drives the rear wheel so it clearly doesn't comply with EU law, which now applies here too.

It's not electric assist as the law requires, pedalling only topping up the battery.

Not the best representation to public of eBikes for national TV.

A bike that does not actually pedal anywhere off power and is clearly on throttle without pedalling at one point & another bike that can be more compared to a off road motorcycle than a push/electric bike.

Great! No wonder the UK as a nation is skeptical!

I do find it amusing, that when you run out of power on the Footloose IM, the rider ends up spinning the pedals like a lunatic, with zero drive to the wheels.

In this situation, they have a high chance of falling off, as Spencer kindly demonstrated in the clip :D

You will need to scoot it home like an adult balance bike lol
