Solowheel, a new type of bike?

I've just seen this:
SOLOWHEEL BC products, buy SOLOWHEEL BC products from alibaba.com
Seems to be around 300-500 euro in alibaba.

But on goldenmotor it's around 1890$:
hub motor, brushless motor, brushless dc motor, BLDC motor, bike conversion kit, brushless controller,brushless motor controller,electric bike,wheelchair controller,electric car motor,brushless joystick controller,MagicPie

Seem quite interesting for short distance, especially for shopping at few hundred meter from where I live.

This thing seems interesting. But I wouldn't pay more than £500 on it. 1890$ seems to be the official price and it's way overpriced
