sourcing a nihm battery

Hello I have a 36v ebike kit and I am trying to source a nihm battery with charger as I do not wish to go down the lead acid battery road! Could anyone recommend a uk supplier? Do the packs come in 10 individual batteries to supply 12v and these are joined to give 36v? Many thanks

High discharge capability large cell NiMh batteries for e-bikes are almost defunct now, lithium having taken over almost completely, so it's more practical to upgrade to lithium. There are some moderate cost UK suppliers of 36 volt ones, but we need to know what kit you have so that a battery adequate for it's needs can be recommended.

Funny that; he's been selling nothing but electric bike batteries and unless he was a very strange person indeed, with a massive private collection of EB batteries, I don't know, maybe he's just a lying sod?
