I test rode the Specialized turbo last month in Belgium where it is available for sale. I was really impressed. It's almost exactly what I want. I'm surprised with the top speed of 28mph with only a 250w rear motor.
The German Leichtmofa or Swiss class is what I'm looking at. I'm aware of the law in the UK and the consequent restrictions in its use.
Does anyone recommend an alternative to the Specialized Turbo. I would be particularly interested in a fraction more range than the 30miles but no heavier than the 21.5kg. I also like the crank motors.
